Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to manage lead generation, follow-ups, and admissions support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with prospective students and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers.
Explain courses, programs, and services in a qualified manner.
Follow up with inquiries and nurture leads.
Schedule appointments for counselors and sales executives.
Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records.
Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Plus Two / Degree qualification.
Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.




Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
