Data Management: Updating, cleaning, and centralizing customer data in the CRM system to ensure accurate records.
Campaign Execution: Building and running email, SMS, and targeted marketing campaigns. They segment audiences to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.
Lead Management: Routing leads to the correct sales team members and tracking conversion progress through the sales pipeline.
Reporting & Analytics: Creating dashboards, tracking engagement metrics (e.g., click-through rates, churn rates), and generating reports for leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acting as the bridge between marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure all departments use customer insights effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
