Operations Executive – Inbound & Outbound (Delhi)

Wander Globe is a boutique experiential travel company specializing in bespoke inbound and outbound holidays for discerning travellers from around the world. We are looking for a proactive, digitally savvy Operations Executive who takes ownership, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Experience
3–6 years of FIT operations experience
Experience handling both inbound and outbound travel files
Robust knowledge of domestic and international destinations
Familiarity with luxury and boutique hotels is an advantage

Skills & Expertise
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication and client servicing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and online collaboration tools
Digitally proficient and comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity
Knowledge of visa documentation and international travel formalities
Ability to negotiate and coordinate independently with hotels, DMCs, transporters and other suppliers
Experience preparing quotations, costings and detailed itineraries
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
