Job Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the outlet and ensure smooth business activities.
Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the outlet team to achieve operational excellence.
Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing accuracy, and bank deposits.
Ensure proper opening and closing of the outlet as per company SOPs.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the outlet.
Manage inventory, stock ordering, receiving, and FIFO implementation to minimize wastage.
Prepare staff duty rosters, monitor attendance, and maintain employee discipline.
Achieve sales targets and improve profitability through effective planning and upselling.
Monitor daily expenses and control operational costs.
Ensure all equipment, furniture, and company assets are properly maintained and safeguarded.
Coordinate with the kitchen and counter teams to ensure timely service and product availability.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
Recruit, train,



and evaluate staff performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Maintain a positive work workplace and promote teamwork and employee satisfaction.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Head or Management.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Outlet Manager or similar managerial role.
At least 1 years of experience in the F&B;, restaurant, café, or retail industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling.
Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary & Advantages
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
