Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team within a designated branch, driving sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for various financial products and services. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets for loans, deposits, investments, and other financial products.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance their skills and productivity.
Monitor individual and team sales performance against established KPIs and targets, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities,

Ensure the branch's sales activities comply with all internal policies, external regulations, and ethical standards.

Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
Manage the branch's sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize sales output.
