Responsibility
Inspection of various assets including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial properties/assets, etc.
Performing in-depth primary and secondary industry, market and competitor research.
Addressing to all the clients or auditors queries regarding the valuation of the subject property/asset
Assist the team leads to conduct valuation assignments.
Independently gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction, including personal and telephone interviews with brokers and property managers.
Analysis,



reconciliation, and summarization of data using various software applications such as MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
Preparing project status reports for under-construction projects.
Presenting the results of the analysis in a final report in a explicit and concise manner
Identify the replacement cost/market values of the assets through market surveys.
Maintain personal contact and develop long-lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues and cross-selling prospects for the company.
Respond to referrals (internal and external) in a timely, skilled manner.
