Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via phone, video calls, and online platforms.
Understand students' academic and career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up on leads and convert them into enrollments.
Explain course features, fees, and career opportunities.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and achieve monthly admission targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Admissions, Inside Sales, or EdTech (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary: Market-competitive salary + Performance incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
