Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, coordinate with field merchandisers, and ensure smooth execution of sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and team management skills with a willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise, guide, and coach merchandisers across the assigned territory.
Conduct regular field visits and travel with merchandisers to provide on-the-job training and performance support.
Ensure compliance with merchandising standards, planograms, and in-store brand visibility guidelines.
Monitor product availability, display quality, and execution at retail outlets.
Manage deployment, utilisation, retrieval, and accountability of company assets such as coolers, racks, and display units.
Ensure zero expiry returns from asset outlets by monitoring stock rotation and inventory practices.
Drive tertiary sales by ensuring effective merchandising execution and product availability.




Optimise visibility budget utilisation while ensuring adherence to company policies and governance standards.
Coordinate with distributors and the sales team to resolve field issues and improve execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on merchandising activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
Monitor competitor activities, promotions, and market trends to identify business prospects.
Ensure timely implementation of promotional campaigns and in-store activations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, FMCG sales, or merchandising.
Experience in training and managing field merchandisers is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
A valid two-wheeler licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
