Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product design and development.
Robust knowledge of GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, and material selection.
Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, or engine test rigs.
Proficiency in CAD and PLM systems.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Skills
Experience in automotive or industrial equipment design.
Familiarity with leak testing, safety systems, and reliability metrics.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, casting, sheet metal, plastics).
Ability to synthesize technical and business requirements for proposals.
