Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to ensure accurate machining, improved cycle time, and consistent quality.
Operate and provide technical support for VMC and HMC machines, including setup, tooling selection, and troubleshooting.
Oversee assembly operations, ensuring adherence to process standards, drawings, and quality requirements.
Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Operational Performance Percentage (OPP) for assembly and machining lines.
Perform rejection and root cause analysis (RCA) using quality tools; implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce scrap and rework.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production targets on the shop floor.
Support continuous improvement initiatives such as cycle time reduction, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.
Maintain proper documentation related to machining programs, inspection reports, and production records.
Train and guide operators on machining processes, quality standards, and best practices
