Job Summary

UK International London Beauty School is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counselors to guide prospective students through the admission process and help them choose suitable courses based on their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
Achieve admission targets and maintain a healthy conversion ratio.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Address student queries related to courses, fees, schedules, and career prospects.




Conduct campus tours and assist students during the admission process.

Requirements:
6 months to 5 years of experience in admissions counseling, inside sales, telecalling, or EdTech sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred:
Prior experience in EdTech, education, training institutes, or beauty education will be an advantage.

Salary: Best in the Industry + Incentives
Work Location: Noida Sector 16
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
