Job Title: SAP FICO Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic SAP FICO Trainer to deliver high-quality training on SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom and online sessions, preparing training materials, providing hands-on practical guidance, and supporting students in developing industry-relevant SAP skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver SAP FICO training to students and working professionals.
Explain SAP FI and CO concepts with practical business scenarios.
Conduct hands-on sessions using the SAP system.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Assist students with projects, interview preparation, and certification guidance.
Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO features and industry best practices.
Maintain attendance records, training reports, and student progress.

Required Skills:




Solid knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
Positive understanding of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
Basic knowledge of GST, taxation, and accounting principles is preferred.
Prior training or teaching experience is an added advantage.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
Relevant SAP FICO implementation or training experience is desirable.

Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
