Job Description :
Customer Care
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
Provide order status updates and coordinate with the operations team for smooth delivery.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Pre-Sales & Tele Sales
Take grocery orders from customers over the phone and process them accurately.
Generate recent sales by reaching out to existing and potential customers.
Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs (e.g., Gold Membership).
Cross-sell and up-sell relevant products to increase basket value.




Follow up with customers for repeat purchases and abandoned orders.
Maintain customer databases and update interaction records.

Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with store and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.
Track daily sales, customer feedback, and call performance metrics.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly activity reports.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Experience of 2 to 4 years in customer service, telecalling, telesales, retail, or BPO is preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
