The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centric care at patients’ residences, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
GNM / ANM qualified nurses with valid certification
Certified General Duty Assistants (GDA) / Caregivers
Relevant training certificates are mandatory
Prior experience in homecare or hospital patient care is preferred
Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance with daily living activities, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility support
Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed (for qualified staff)
Deliver basic nursing care and support to elderly, bedridden, or post-operative patients
Maintain hygiene standards, infection control, and patient safety at all times
Record and report patient condition to family members and care coordinators
