Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, budget control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage HVAC projects from planning to commissioning and handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Monitor project schedules, quality, safety, and budgets.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.
Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Prepare project progress reports, billing documentation, and MIS.
Resolve technical and site execution issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Requirements




Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2–7 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
Solid knowledge of VRF/VRV, Chillers, Ducting, Ventilation, Split & Cassette AC Systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
