About Us

Star Shine Export Pvt. Ltd. is a growing manufacturer and exporter of home appliances. We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to help us recruit top talent, manage employee relations, and support the company's growth.

Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads.
Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Assist with attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Support performance management and employee retention initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Robust organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Ability to hire across multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Operations, and Design.
