About the Role

We are seeking a agile and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of marketing knowledge and basic financial awareness, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. This role involves supporting marketing initiatives, conducting market research, engaging with clients, and assisting in business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and business prospects.
Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and other marketing materials.
Support client acquisition and relationship management efforts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Assist in creating awareness regarding financial and taxation-related services, including TDS, GST, and related compliances.
Maintain records of marketing activities and prepare periodic performance reports.
Represent the company at meetings, events, seminars, and networking prospects as required.




Travel within and outside Nagpur for business-related activities (2–3 times per month).

Candidate Profile Requirements
Fresh MBA graduates with relevant internships may also apply.
MBA in Finance or Marketing.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Marketing Executive, Marketing Associate, or in a similar role.
Basic understanding of Finance, Taxation, TDS, GST, and related concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to travel as required for business activities.
