Job Title: Sales Associate

Salary: ₹21,000 CTC – ₹33,000 CTC (Based on Interview)

Employment Type: Full time | On-Roll

Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
Assist customers in selecting frames, sunglasses, lenses, and accessories.
Explain lens types, coatings, and ongoing offers.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Deliver an excellent customer experience.
Handle billing and digital payment transactions.
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and inventory.
Follow company SOPs and maintain accurate sales records.

Eligibility
Graduate Freshers can apply.
Undergraduate candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of Team Leader experience (with valid documentation).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (as per eligibility).

Required Skills




Excellent customer engagement skills.
Strong sales and conversion skills.
Knowledge of spectacle frames and lenses.
Good communication skills in Hindi, English (B2+), and the local/native language.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and professional grooming.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Shift Timings
Day Shift (Rotational)
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

(Final shift allocation will be confirmed after selection.)
