Core responsibilities at LOCI

Typical duties include:
Maintaining cleanliness and basic order across the studio (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms)
Serving tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Supporting daily office operations such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery within the office
Monitoring and replenishing pantry and office supplies (stationery, toiletries, etc.)
Collecting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and internal documents
Running occasional local errands (purchasing supplies, delivering documents, bank deposits where required)
Assisting in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs/tables, basic AV setup) and preparing refreshments for meetings/events
Reporting maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor/office manager
Helping coordinate small office events/functions (decor, catering support)

Reports to: Studio Head




Works closely with architects, landscape architects, interns, and admin staff to keep the studio setting smooth and effective.
Typical hours in Indian offices: 10:00–19:00 with a lunch break(30 Minutes)

Typical requirements
Basic literacy ( 10th or 12th pass); ability to follow instructions reliably
Neat appearance, punctuality, and dependable behaviour
Basic communication skills (Hindi + functional English helpful in a design studio)
Physical stamina for cleaning, carrying items, and moving around the office
Basic computer familiarity is a plus (for photocopying/scanning, straightforward digital tasks)

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
