Job Summary:

The Production Line Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process of agricultural implements, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. The role involves managing manpower, optimizing production workflows, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities on the manufacturing line
Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines
Monitor quality standards of agricultural implements at every stage
Manage and allocate workforce efficiently
Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies
Maintain production reports and documentation
Handle machine downtime and coordinate with maintenance team




Train and guide production staff for better performance

Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes (cutting, welding, assembly, painting)
Leadership and team management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques
Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing
Positive communication and reporting skills

Machine downtime
On-time delivery
Workforce productivity

Preferred Industry Experience:

Agricultural machinery / implements manufacturing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
