Stratinext is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in Website Development, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management, Branding, and AI-powered creative solutions. We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can help us expand our client base across India and international markets.

Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking.
Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable digital marketing solutions.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the internal team for proposal creation and project onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in a CRM or spreadsheet.
Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Requirements
1–3 years of Business Development or B2B Sales experience (marketing agency experience preferred).
Experience selling digital marketing, websites, software, SaaS, IT services, or related solutions is a plus.




Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
Confident in cold calling and client meetings.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and CRM tools is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow with a startup agency.
International sales experience is an added advantage.

Performance Expectations
Daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Consistent follow-ups with prospects.
Book qualified client meetings.
Generate current business opportunities and contribute to agency growth.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience) + Performance Incentives + Commission.
