Learn and understand CTS’s range of mechanical products and solutions to confidently present them to customers.
Identify, contact, and follow up with prospective customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Conduct regular client visits and attend meetings to understand requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the internal team to support continuous improvement.
Assist in preparing technical presentations, quotations, or sales materials as required.
Participate in minor marketing and promotional activities when needed.
Travel regularly to meet clients and explore current business opportunities.
Education:



Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical Engineering preferred; other engineering or management fields may also apply).
Fresh graduates with a mechanical background are welcome; training will be provided.
Experienced specialists in mechanical product sales (such as Servo Planetary Gearboxes, LM Rails, Guideways, or Ballscrews) will have an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
