Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to lead our engineering design team. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in engineering design and project coordination. The candidate will play a key role in managing project deliverables, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the engineering design team for project execution
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project planning and delivery
Review and ensure accuracy of engineering drawings, models, and documentation
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers
Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables
Ensure smooth workflow and effective team collaboration
Participate in design reviews and project discussions
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech
Experience: 10+ Years in engineering design and project coordination
Robust knowledge in Creo Software is mandatory
Experience in Façade Engineering will be an added advantage
Preferred Skills
Leadership and team management skills
Strong technical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with CATIA or Rhino is preferred
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Pay: ₹595,538.14 - ₹1,961,378.73 per year
