Job Responsibilities
Contact interested leads provided by the company.
Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls.
Understand customer requirements and explain our services effectively.
Schedule appointments or connect qualified leads with the respective team.
Handle enquiries for multiple clients across different industries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the communication process.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English. (Hindi is an added advantage.)
Confident in handling customers over phone.
Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is preferred.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
