Job Summary

We are looking for a Planning Engineer / Billing Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, quantity estimation, contractor/client billing, and progress monitoring. The role requires ensuring timely project execution, accurate billing, and effective cost control.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare project schedules and monitor work progress.
Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, and RA bills.
Handle contractor and client billing.
Monitor project costs, material reconciliation, and budget utilization.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Prepare project progress reports and maintain documentation.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project timelines.

Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1–5 years of experience in planning and billing for construction projects.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and AutoCAD.
