Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations across our corporate offices in Pune (Kharadi and Viman Nagar). The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels, or hold a degree/diploma in Hotel Management. The role involves ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace presentation while managing housekeeping staff and vendors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Housekeeping Operations
Supervise daily housekeeping activities across office premises.
Ensure all workspaces, meeting rooms, common areas, washrooms, cafeterias, and reception areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure hygiene and housekeeping quality.
Monitor housekeeping schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Team Supervision
Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff and outsourced housekeeping personnel.
Allocate duties and monitor team performance.




Ensure adequate staffing coverage across shifts, including night shifts.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of housekeeping personnel.

Inventory & Vendor Management
Monitor stock levels of housekeeping supplies, consumables, and cleaning equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for replenishment of materials.
Ensure proper usage and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Mandatory Requirements
Prior experience in the hotel/hospitality industry OR a Hotel Management degree/diploma.
Must be willing to work from both Kharadi and Viman Nagar office locations as required.
Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Ability to join within a reasonable notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
