Job Summary

The Field Officer will be responsible for supervising site-level facility and security operations, ensuring staff discipline, compliance, and smooth day-to-day functioning as per company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise security and facility staff at assigned sites
Ensure attendance, punctuality, and proper duty deployment
Monitor staff discipline, grooming, and performance
Coordinate with site supervisors and operations team
Handle day-to-day operational issues at sites
Maintain duty registers, attendance records, and reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and client instructions




Support deployment, replacement, and training of site staff

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in facility or security field operations
Experience in site supervision and manpower handling
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
Good communication and reporting skills
Willingness to travel between sites
Age - 28+ years
