EA English Academy is committed to helping students achieve their academic and career aspirations through quality English language training and skilled guidance. We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist students and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the counselling team.
Maintain records of enquiries, calls, and appointments.
Manage the front desk and ensure a positive visitor experience.
Support daily administrative and operational activities.
Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.




Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
Robust interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a team.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or front office will be an advantage; freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
