Role Summary

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Intern to support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment lifecycle management and core HR functions in a fast-growing healthcare services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for nurses, caregivers, and support staff
Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, and internal databases
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines

HR Operations:
Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain HR records and databases




Support attendance tracking and reporting
Draft offer letters, internship letters, and HR communications

Process & Compliance:
Support development of HR policies and SOPs
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data
Assist in process improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Pursuing or Completed)
Freshers with solid interest in HR are encouraged to apply
Solid communication and coordination skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Mandatory Requirements
Personal laptop (mandatory)
Stable internet connection
Commitment to 12-month internship duration
