Cropcare Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of laboratory testing, quality control procedures, and pesticide/agrochemical manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Perform physical and chemical analysis as per company specifications.
Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and sample registers.
Prepare standard solutions and laboratory reagents.
Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Follow Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP), GMP, and safety guidelines.
Support batch release documentation and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications
B.Sc. / M.Sc.



in Chemistry or related field.
Diploma in Chemical Technology will be an added advantage.
1–3 years of experience in a pesticide, agrochemical, fertilizer, or chemical manufacturing company.
Freshers with good laboratory knowledge may also apply.
