Key Responsibilities
Design and develop printable artworks for product packaging, labels, cartons, brochures, leaflets, inserts, and other marketing materials.
Create creative product packaging concepts and convert them into production-ready print files.
Prepare print-ready artworks with accurate dimensions, bleed areas, crop marks, and colour separations.
Develop digital creatives for websites, social media platforms, online advertisements, email campaigns, and e-commerce marketplaces.
Design product mockups, promotional banners, catalogues, presentations, and brand assets.
Coordinate with printers and production vendors to ensure flawless execution of print materials.
Ensure all packaging and artwork comply with branding and regulatory requirements.
Manage Pantone colours, CMYK colour profiles, die-lines, embossing, foil stamping, spot UV, and other print-finishing techniques.
Create and maintain design templates and brand guidelines.
Edit and retouch product images for both digital and print applications.
Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to create impactful visual communication.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, printing technologies, and industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design,
Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, packaging design, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Acrobat
Solid understanding of packaging design, typography, layout principles, and colour theory.
Hands-on experience in preparing print-ready files for offset and digital printing.
Knowledge of Pantone colour systems, CMYK colour management, and print production techniques.
Experience in designing product labels, cartons, brochures, leaflets, and promotional materials.
Basic understanding of 3D mockup creation and packaging visualisation.
Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, cosmetics, wellness, or consumer goods industry.
Knowledge of packaging compliance and labelling regulations.
Experience with video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
