Supervise daily civil construction activities, including concreting, masonry, reinforcement, formwork, and finishing works.
Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of workers and subcontractors.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Surveyors, and Project Managers regarding site activities.
Monitor material usage and ensure availability of required construction materials.
Conduct daily site inspections to maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and manpower attendance.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and report major concerns to management.
Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction tools, equipment, and machinery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
