Job Description

DIECUTS MART is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Full-Time Billing Staff to join our Palarivattom, Kochi store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling billing operations, processing customer payments, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate bills using the POS system.
Process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.
Maintain accurate billing records and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
Assist customers with billing-related queries in a qualified manner.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth store operations.
Ensure all billing transactions comply with company policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.




Report any billing discrepancies or system issues to the Store Manager.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary); Degree preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid numerical and cash-handling abilities.
Previous retail or billing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
