Job Description:
GetSet Tours and Travels is hiring a agile and target-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Calicut branch. The role focuses on driving sales performance, managing branch operations, and achieving business growth in the travel sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete branch operations and daily activities
Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets
Drive sales for holiday packages, visa services, and air ticketing
Lead, train, and monitor the sales team
Convert leads from Meta & Google Ads into successful bookings
Maintain solid client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with Dubai & other branches
Track performance and prepare sales reports
Requirements:
3–5 years experience in travel & tourism industry
Strong track record in achieving sales targets
Leadership and team handling skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of visa processing, holiday packages & ticketing
CRM/Traventry software knowledge is an added advantage
