Engineering Manager

Academic Qualifications : B.E /M E (Mechanical Eng.)

Experience : Profile Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive

industry with expertise in electromechanical devices.

Responsibilities Project Supervision & Technical Support:
Oversee and support engineering projects within the local site.
Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery.
Provide guidance on technical risks and escalate issues when required.
Support estimating, bidding and early project consultation.
Conduct quality checks and drive continuous improvement.
Act as a technical escalation point for the team.

Team Management & Coaching:
Lead and support the local Mechanical Design & Engineering team.
Conduct regular 1:1s, check-ins and performance discussions.
Provide coaching, mentoring and career development support.
Facilitate training, skills development and employee growth.
Manage time sheets, expenses and system approvals.
Support resource planning and scheduling.
Represent the team in local leadership forums Competencies

 Proficiency in 3D software such as CREO

 Excellent knowledge on GD&T; and DFMEA

 Experience managing or leading technical teams with a collaborative, emotionally intelligent approach.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
