Key Responsibilities:
To manage site store operations, ensuring proper inventory control, material tracking, documentation, and coordination with procurement and site teams.
Manage day-to -day store operations.
Maintain records of material inward/outward (GRN issue slips, stock register).
Ensure inventory accuracy and stock control.
Verify materials against purchase orders and challans.
Coordinate for timely material availability.
Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions.
Ensure proper storage and safety of materials.
Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Track material consumption and report variances.
Maintain audit documentation.
Coordinate with the purchase department regularly.

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate.

Minimum 4 years of experience in construction store management.

Robust organizational skills, Vendor coordination skills, Attention to detail.

Knowledge of construction materials.

Experience in GRN and stock handling, Basic MS Excel Knowledge.
