We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager / Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests while understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products or services. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues promptly, ensuring timely follow-ups, monitoring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. The role also includes identifying prospects for upselling and cross-selling, coordinating with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system,
preparing regular reports on customer feedback and account status, and achieving customer retention and revenue growth targets. Candidates must have positive knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. The maximum age limit is 45 years. Working hours are 10:15 AM to 6:45 PM from Monday to Friday and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays.
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
