Role Overview

The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver, an innovative thinker, and capable of handling both functional and technical aspects of Odoo. Engage with clients to understand business requirements and provide tailored Odoo solutions. Conduct in office/Virtual client meetings, demonstrations, and requirement-gathering sessions

Key Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Map business processes to Odoo functionalities and recommend best-fit solutions.
Ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
Collaborate with the technical team to design custom modules and integrations.
Work closely with the technical team to design and implement custom modules and integrations.
Provide post-implementation support and ongoing optimization of Odoo.
Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to maximize efficiency.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.




Share knowledge and expertise with team members, contributing to the growth and development of our Odoo community.
Ensure high-quality deliverables, adhering to our quality standards and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with Odoo developments, industry trends, and best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements
Positive Communication Skills.
Odoo certification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, architecture and Frameworks,
Hands-on experience with Odoo configuration, customization, and integration.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹427,925.18 - ₹1,000,000.18 per year
