We are seeking a disciplined and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee daily production operations and manage stock efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor daily production activities
Oversee inventory and stock management
Ensure smooth coordination between departments
Maintain operational records and reports
Handle communication and correspondence via email
Implement process improvements for efficiency
Requirements:
Candidate must be from a defence background (Army, Navy, Air Force, BSF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB)
Solid command of English (written and verbal)
Ability to communicate professionally over email
Excellent leadership, discipline, and organizational skills
Experience in operations, production, or logistics preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
