Student Counseling
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding higher education prospects abroad.
Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial considerations.
Recommend suitable universities, countries, and academic programs based on student profiles.
Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, visa processes, and post-study work opportunities.

Lead Management
Handle inquiries generated through the website, social media, digital campaigns, walk-ins, phone calls, and referrals.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions while delivering an excellent student experience.

Admission Process
Guide students in preparing application documents including SOPs, LORs, resumes, and other admission requirements.
Coordinate with university admission teams for application submissions and offer letters.




Assist students with application tracking and document verification.
Ensure all applications are submitted accurately and within deadlines.

Student Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
Address student queries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments including documentation, visa, finance, and operations to ensure smooth processing.
Maintain high levels of student satisfaction throughout the admission journey.

Events & Marketing Support
Participate in seminars, education fairs, webinars, school visits, and promotional events.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions during events.
Support marketing campaigns by providing timely follow-ups and feedback on lead quality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
