Job Title: Business Analyst Intern / Trainee

Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, hardworking, and detail-oriented fresher or intern who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced workplace. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, create documentation, and support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and understanding business requirements
Create and maintain documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows)
Translate business needs into functional requirements
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Support data analysis and day-to-day project tasks
Participate in team discussions and project meetings
Coordinate with developers, QA,



and product teams
Identify process improvement opportunities
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for productivity
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Good documentation and structuring ability
Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment

Positive to Have:
- Exposure to JIRA / Confluence
Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum
Familiarity with AI tools
Any internship/project experience
