Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring all restaurant equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen machinery, and facility infrastructure are maintained in good working condition to support smooth daily operations across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities.
Attend breakdowns and complete repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
Inspect electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment regularly.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and annual maintenance.
Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and hygiene standards.
Support current outlet setup, equipment installation, and renovation projects.




Visit outlets as scheduled to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.
Respond to emergency maintenance calls whenever required.

Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
2–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or retail.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
Willingness to travel between restaurant outlets and work adaptable schedule when needed.

Pay: Up to ₹25,073.94 per month
