Position: Maintenance Technician
Department: Maintenance of Machinery
Location: Sawarsai, Pen, Dist. – Raigad
Qualification: ITI – Mechanical
Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical faults and perform timely repairs to minimize machine downtime.
Inspect machines regularly to ensure smooth and productive operation.
Replace defective mechanical components such as bearings, belts, seals, couplings, and other spare parts.
Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and relocation activities.
Maintain daily maintenance logs, service records, and machine history.
Coordinate with the production team to address machine-related issues promptly.
Ensure proper lubrication and routine servicing of all machinery as per maintenance schedules.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, GMP requirements, and company policies during maintenance activities.




Maintain housekeeping in the maintenance workshop and machine areas.
Support utility maintenance activities whenever required.
Ensure proper usage and upkeep of maintenance tools and equipment.
Report recurring machine failures and suggest corrective and preventive actions.

Skills Required
Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance of industrial machinery.
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidate Profile
Qualification: ITI – Mechanical
Experience: 2–3 years in machine maintenance within a manufacturing workplace (preferably pharmaceutical, medical device, or engineering industries).
Location: Sawarsai, Pen, Dist. – Raigad

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
