About the Role SHOTT is seeking a result-driven Marketing Strategist to drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize integrated marketing strategies across digital campaigns, branding, and lead generation
Manage external agencies, influencers, and stakeholders ensuring alignment with brand goals
Plan and monitor marketing budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels and touchpoints
Utilize analytics tools to measure performance and improve lead quality through SEO and paid campaigns
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities
Collaborate with Sales teams to improve brand visibility and conversion rates




Contribute to quarterly and annual business planning initiatives.

Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in multi-channel marketing strategy and execution
Experience in B2C / D2C marketing (agency or in-house preferred)
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Canva, and SEO/Lead Generation techniques
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
