The ideal candidate should have solid storytelling skills, technical expertise in video editing software, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging visual content.
Video Editing & Production
Edit raw footage into high-quality videos
Add music, sound effects, graphics, subtitles, and transitions
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth flow
Trim footage and correct color grading
Enhance audio quality and remove background noise
Content Creation Support
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements
Contribute creative ideas for video concepts
Adapt videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Website, etc.)
Create short reels, promotional videos, corporate videos, and ads
Post-Production




Add motion graphics and animations
Ensure videos meet brand guidelines
Optimize video formats and resolutions for various platforms
Maintain organized video libraries and backups
Performance Optimization
Work with the marketing team to analyze video performance
Suggest improvements for engagement and viewer retention
Stay updated with current video trends and editing techniques

Preferred Skills
Experience in motion graphics and animation
Basic knowledge of photography or videography
Understanding of social media content trends
Experience with YouTube SEO and short-form content editing
