Job Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plastic manufacturing machinery.
Maintain and repair Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Extrusion, and Auxiliary Equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure minimum production downtime.
Install, align, and assemble mechanical equipment, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, compressors, and utility systems.
Perform maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in plastic processing machines.
Inspect machine parts, replace worn components, and ensure smooth machine performance.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with the Production, Utility, and Quality departments for uninterrupted operations.
Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Supervise and guide junior fitters and maintenance technicians.

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a Plastic Manufacturing Company.




Hands-on experience with Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Extrusion, and Utility Equipment.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and rotating equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot complex machine breakdowns independently.
Experience using precision measuring instruments and maintenance tools.
Willing to work in rotational shifts and attend emergency breakdowns.

Preferred Skills:
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Leadership and team management experience.
Basic computer knowledge for maintenance documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
