We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our wellness team. The candidate will assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs focused on prevention, rehabilitation, and overall physical well-being. The role involves working with clients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life through evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed patient assessments including physical examination and medical history review
Develop individualized treatment plans for pain management, injury recovery, and wellness goals
Administer physiotherapy techniques such as:
Manual therapy
Exercise therapy
Electrotherapy
Postural correction
Educate clients on lifestyle modifications, ergonomics, and injury prevention
Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, nutritionists, fitness trainers)
Promote preventive healthcare and wellness programs
Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s (BPT)
/ Master’s (MPT) / PhD in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
Valid license/registration with relevant physiotherapy council (if applicable)
Specialization (optional but preferred):
Orthopedics
Neurology
Sports Physiotherapy
Rehabilitation
Skills & Competencies
Solid clinical reasoning and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of contemporary physiotherapy techniques and equipment
Ability to design customized exercise and rehab programs
Empathy, patience, and client-centered approach
Basic computer skills for documentation

1–3 years experience in wellness centers, clinics, hospitals, or fitness setups preferred
