We are looking for a tech-savvy Data & AI Automation Specialist with 2+ years of experience to streamline our digital operations. You will be responsible for turning "messy" data into organized insights and building automated systems—including chatbots—to improve our business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Clean, de-duplicate, and organize large datasets to ensure our CRM and databases are accurate.
AI & Chatbots: Build and maintain intelligent chatbots to handle customer queries and internal workflows.
IT Automation: Connect different software tools (using Zapier, Make, or APIs) to automate repetitive manual tasks.
CRM Administration: Manage and optimize our CRM system, ensuring lead tracking and sales data are flowing correctly.
Data Analysis: Analyze business data to create straightforward, actionable reports and dashboards for the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:



2+ years in a Data Analyst, IT Automation, or Operations role.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Experience with Automation tools (Zapier, Make, or Power Automate).
Hands-on experience with AI/Chatbot builders (Intercom, ManyChat, or OpenAI integrations).
Data Skills: Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
Mindset: A logical thinker who enjoys solving puzzles and making processes run faster.
