Job Description: Design Engineer

Company: Boffin Design Solutions (Start-up company, established in 2019)

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Fresh Graduates with Mechanical basics or 1 year of experience in the field

Job Role:
Designing and developing current products
Improving existing products
Ensuring that the designs meet customer and industry requirements.
Collaborating with other teams to ensure a successful project outcome.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Solid knowledge of design software Solid works
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Tapping and Thread Pitch Knowledge on Standard Fasteners.
Sheet-metal basics
Weight Calculations.
Force Calculations.
Physical component to 3D and 2D conversions.
Drafting Basics.
Conveyors, Basic Mechanisms.
Types of Machines used for manufacturing Process.
Standard Material sizes in Market.
Tolerances.
Basic Knowledge on hydraulics and pneumatic.
Laser cutting drawings and nesting.

Please Note:




One Year of field Experience Required.
No food & Accommodation.

A Standard Pay of Rs.12000 will be provided on the training period for First three months, then Rs.15000/- from fourth month plus Incentive for each project completed within the time frame. On completion of each project, compulsory incentive of Rs.2000 per project will be provided.

Agreement and Documents.
One Year Agreement has to be signed before joining.
One Original Certificate has to be submitted.
