Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence.
Build and maintain solid relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in the Building Materials industry (Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Hardware, Paints, Tiles, Cement, Steel, Sanitaryware, etc.).
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Local candidates will be preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
